For In-Person Participants:

Early bird Registration: January 15 – April 30, 2026

  • Researchers: 300 €
  • Students, doctoral and post-doctoral students: 200 €
  • Members of private associations or institutions:  400 €
  • Accompanying persons : 150 €

Late Registration:  May 1 – May 31, 2026

  • Researchers: 350 €

    • Students, doctoral and post-doctoral students: 250 €
    • Members of private associations or institutions: 450 €
  • Accompanying persons: 200 €

Please note that registration will be required for the acceptance of your communication to be final.

Registration Fee Includes:

  • Welcome Party (June 30, 2026)
    • Conference kit (includes name tag, program booklet, etc.)
    • Access to all conference sessions
    • Coffee breaks (refreshments)

 For Virtual  Participants:
