Amina TACHAFINE is an Associate Professor at the Littoral-Côte d’Opale University in Calais, France. She obtained her engineering degree in electronics at the Polytech’Lille School in 1989 and her PhD in electronics from the Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology Institute, University of Lille, France in 1994. She is currently part of the Dynamics and Structure of Molecular Materials Unit. She is interested in lead-free ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials for electronic applications. Her research activities concern frequency-tunable systems for radiofrequency and microwave applications, energy harvesting and storage devices for powering autonomous systems and new Aurivillius materials for information storage.
